I help adults heal from grief and trauma with compassion, connection, and evidence-based tools. Certified in the Grief Recovery Method® and iRest® Yoga Nidra, I provide a safe space for your journey toward healing.

I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate dedicated to walking alongside adults through seasons of grief, trauma, and personal transformation. My approach is person-centered and deeply empathic, creating a safe and welcoming space for you to share your story without judgment.

Grief Recovery Method Specialist

I am a certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist and have additional training in grief therapy. I provide support for navigating losses of any kind and help my clients in finding healing and clarity through personalized grief counseling sessions.

Mental Health Counseling

Empowering individuals to process and heal from traumatic experiences, loss, as well as life and relational struggles in a safe environment. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

iRest Yoga Nidra

iRest is an evidence-based modality for the treatment of distress, C-PTSD, and PTSD, based in the ancient practice of meditation. I am a Level 1 iRest teacher, qualified to lead dyad (1-on-1) sessions or groups.
